Sweet Cream Frosting

Ingredients

tablespoons butter (64 g)

⅔

cups + ¼ cup powdered sugar (106 g)

⅝

cups cream cheese (144 g)

teaspoon salt (2 g)

Tiny

pinch of citric acid (0.4 g)

Pinch

of yogurt powder (1.5 g)

1½

tablespoons creme fraiche (29 g)

teaspoon clear vanilla extract (4 g)

teaspoon dark vanilla extract (2 g)

Sweet Cream Frosting

Makes about 2 cups (400 g)

Step 1

Place butter and the first amount of powdered sugar into a mixer and paddle until smooth and there are no lumps, scraping down the sides as needed.

Step 2

Add the cream cheese, second addition of powdered sugar, salt, citric acid, and yogurt powder to the bowl and paddle again and scrape until there are no lumps.
