Really Big Holiday Chocolate Cookie Recipe
From Tosi: A really big cookie makes your giant dessert dreams come true. Just like the 'cookie pies' we make at our NYC Flagship’s Build-A-Cookie station, this make-your-own treat is shareable, do-you-able, and lets all of your fun pops of textures and flavors to shine (pro-tip: go wild adding your fave salty or sweet pantry items to your dough). Decorate it however you'd like, slice it up warm, and your guests will question how they ever lived without one of these at every chance of dessert!
YIELDS: Makes one 8” cookie pie, serves 5-6.
