Can you ship to my location?
We ship nationwide and deliver 7 days a week, Monday-Sunday.
We partner with the following carriers to ship our products nationwide: FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, CDL, and AxleHire. Our shipping fees are $15 - $60 depending on delivery date and destination.
*We do not ship to US territories, overseas, military addresses, or P.O. boxes.
When should I schedule my order to arrive?
You can place your order up to 30 days in advance. We recommend selecting a delivery day at least 2-3 days ahead of your desired date to ensure everything is received and ready to enjoy before your celebration. Please note, orders are delivered anywhere between 8AM-9PM.
Will my order still be fresh when it arrives?
We pack our treats with care and ship them nationwide — surprise a friend or family member wherever they are with sweet treats in the mail. Worried about your treats arriving in perfect condition? We’ve got it covered with specially designed, insulated packaging (complete with ice packs). We ship overnight to lessen their time in transit, and once your treats arrive, they’ll stay fresh and perfect for up to 24 hours upon arrival — no need to wait by the door. Once your treats are delivered, just stick them in the fridge… or dive right in.

We think there are no rules when it comes to dessert, and that applies to everything from our ingredients (e.g. potato chips in a cookie) to when to have a piece of pie (e.g. whenever). We’re inspired by classic American desserts and supermarket snacks, but our techniques are born of the NYC restaurant scene. Milk Bar flavors are ones you might recognize... but you’ve never had them quite like this.

Storage Instructions
- Cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days, and up to two weeks in the freezer.
- Cake Truffles require refrigeration and stay fresh in the refrigerator for seven days and up to one month in the freezer.
- Snaps stay fresh at room temperature for up to 7 days.
Serving Instructions
- Cakes require refrigeration and should be removed from the fridge two hours before serving. Our cakes are best served at room temperature. P.S. I look best after a quick chill. Pop me in the freezer for 15 minutes before removing my ring of plastic!
- Cake Truffles require refrigeration but can be enjoyed at any temperature–you pick!
