How long does the baking mix and baked goods last?
Each baking mix has a use-by date on the package. For the best taste and texture, enjoy within 3-5 days after baking.
How should the baking mix and baked goods be stored? Can I freeze the baked goods?
Store the baking mix sealed in a dry place. Store the baked goods at room temperature in an airtight container. Saving some for later? Pop them in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Just thaw at room temperature when you’re ready for another bite!
Can I purchase these baking mixes in-person at any of your bakeries?
All 3 of our baking mixes are available for purchase at our New York City Flagship store located at 1196 Broadway at 29th St!

We ship nationwide and deliver 7 days a week, Monday-Sunday.
We partner with the following carriers to ship our products nationwide: FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, CDL, and AxleHire. Our shipping fees are $15 - $60 depending on delivery date and destination.
*We do not ship to US territories, overseas, military addresses, or P.O. boxes.
When should I have my order arrive?
You can select the delivery date for your order at checkout up to 30 days in advance. If you are ordering treats for a time-sensitive event, we recommend scheduling your delivery to arrive at least 3 or more days ahead of your celebration.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the day your order is expected, but most deliveries typically arrive before 9PM on your scheduled delivery date. Please visit our FAQ for more information.

We pack our treats with care and ship them nationwide — surprise a friend or family member wherever they are with sweet treats in the mail.Worried about your treats arriving in perfect condition? We’ve got it covered with specially designed, insulated packaging (complete with ice packs). We ship overnight to lessen their time in transit, and once your treats arrive, they’ll stay fresh and perfect for up to 24 hours upon arrival — no need to wait by the door. Once your treats are delivered, just stick them in the fridge… or dive right in.
