HEAT oven to 325°F. Grease an 8x8” pan.
STIR Cookie Mix, butter, milk and egg in a medium bowl until well combined. Spread into prepared pan.
BAKE 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out almost clean; cool before slicing into 3 rows of the 3 or 3 rows of 4. Store covered at room temperature for up to 1 week.
