How do I customize corporate orders?
Please note we only offer customization for orders placed through our concierge program, with a minimum of 50 units.
For an additional $2 per item, customize your gift by adding your company’s logo or image to one of our 3 sticker templates on the outside of any tin-packaged treat, like The Assorted Cookie Tin, The Mini Milk Bar Sampler, or The Milk Bar Pie to name a few. Just upload a high-resolution file of your company’s logo, select your sticker templates, and voilà—the perfect custom gift.
How does corporate shipping & delivery work?
Send treats nationwide to multiple addresses, which is great for when you’re sending gifts to a list of clients and vendors, or save on shipping costs by sending to one location—ideal for an office party, event, or offsite. Regular orders take two weeks to arrive and customized orders take three weeks. In a hurry? We got you! You can get your non-custom order rush delivered in one week for just $2 extra per recipient. All orders come with tracking so you’ll always know when your treats are set to arrive.
Corporate and bulk orders are shipped our Monday - Wednesday for arrival in 1-3 business days via both FedEx and UPS. We offer a $15 flat rate shipping per package for all standard orders.
How do digital corporate gift cards work?
Ready to send the perfect corporate gift, aka one they get to pick out themselves? Perfect. Just fill out our standard order form and in the comment box let us know how many gift cards you want to send. Corporate gift cards have a minimum quantity of 20. Once we receive your order amount, we’ll reach out and send you a list of gift codes that you can send to all your clients, vendors, and coworkers.
Do you have an order minimum for corporate gifts & bulk orders?
Yes! Corporate and bulk orders require a minimum of 10 recipients with unique addresses, which can be processed for you by our corporate orders team!
If your order does not meet the minimum gift requirement, please place separate orders directly online.
For customization, we require a minimum of 50 recipients!
When do I need to place my order by?
For standard corporate orders, we need two weeks’ notice. However, we are able to accommodate rush orders with as little as one weeks’ notice! Please note that there will be a $2 fee per recipient included for rush orders.
For customized orders, we require three weeks’ notice.
If you’ve missed the deadline, don’t worry. Just contact us at corporate@milkbarstore.com and we’ll see what we can do. You can also place individual orders through our website with as little as 48 hours notice.
Can you accommodate a large order for an event at a single address?

Can I include a custom gift message?
There’s nothing sweet than a personalized gift message – especially when it’s free. Don’t forget to write a thoughtful note for each gift or send a standard message to all recipients on the address form (200 characters max).
Can I mix & match my products?
Our Corporate Gifting Catalog features a wide range of innovative, american-style bakery treats with unique flavors and different serving sizes.
You will have the option to select 1 product or bundle per recipient. We are not able to accommodate modifications to the bundles.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
You betcha. We offer a 10% discount on all corporate and bulk orders with a product total over $1,000+! Shipping and customization charges are not included in this discount.
Please note that any other Milkbarstore.com promotions or discounts are not applicable to multi-address orders placed via the self-service platform (Zest) or concierge program.
Do you have any products for dietary restrictions?
We offer a variety of gluten-free products that can be substituted for our standard treats! Ask our team for more details.
We do not offer any vegan, dairy-free or egg-free products at this time.
Please note that all of our products are produced in a kitchen where peanuts and tree nuts are present! We take great care to avoid cross contamination.
How can I track my orders?
For orders placed through our concierge program, on your selected ship date our team will share a list of tracking numbers so you can follow the journey.
For orders placed through our Self-Service platform, you can check tracking for your orders at any time in your portal here You will also receive an email once your orders start to ship, as well as when they begin to be delivered.
