Christina Tosi

Tosi is a James Beard award-winning pastry chef (plus you might have seen her on Netflix) who turned her obsession for baked goods into Milk Bar, a place where dessert always comes first. Tosi and her team of pastry chefs are known for creating bold twists on nostalgic flavors with treats like Compost Cookie, Cereal Milk Ice Cream, and the iconic, unfrosted Birthday Cake—all inspired by the desserts we loved growing up.
