In the Milk Bar kitchen, we know we’re onto something when we can’t keep it ourselves.
Every item on the menu starts in the same place: the R&D bench (the bakery term for “work in progress” zone).
Our best-in-class pastry chefs spend weeks, months, years testing and perfecting each baked good before we share it with the world.

Often, we are testing creations for the menu a full calendar year before they will be ready to launch.

Along the way, there is one milestone moment when it becomes clear the finish line is near: one of the bakers sounds out a “hey, everyone, you’ve got to try this!” and we all gather around their station, eager to dig in. We taste and ask questions and give feedback and take bites to the rest team, watching as their eyes light up with the tell-tale “what is this brilliance?! I need more” sparkle.

When something is this unapologetically delicious, you just have to share it. So that is what we are doing, for the first time ever. First Bite Club: Delivered invites you behind the doors of the bakery to try the limited-batch items we are most excited about, straight from the bench, long before they make it to the Milk Bar menu.

Membership Terms and Conditions Fees

Memberships are offered for 3 or 6 months, both charged in full up front. The cost of the membership includes shipping.

Renewal Memberships do not automatically renew at the end of your 3 or 6 months. Members will be presented with first-access to renew their subscription at the end of their subscription term before the general public.

Cancellation and Refunds

This membership is final sale, and cannot be refunded or returned. If you are unable to receive any month's shipments, you are able to transfer it to someone else, by emailing help@milkbarstore.com no later than the 5th of that respective month.

Delivery

This membership is only available online at milkbarstore.com and not in stores or for in-store pick up. We ship to the continental United States. Shipping speeds vary based on product shelf life, and delivery dates are set by Milk Bar. You will receive tracking information once your box ships, approximately 1-2 days prior to arrival. Milk Bar is not responsible for any delivery delays from the provider.

Products and Member Benefits

Products and content received as part of the membership are exclusively for members and are not for resale. Included in the membership is limited edition desserts from Milk Bar. There will be one product per box, and you will be notified of the product a few days before it ships. We are unable to make any modifications to the product of any kind.
