Located in the NoMad district attached to the ultra-chic Ace Hotel, the Milk Bar NYC Flagship is the perfect stop for a slice of Birthday Cake or Milk Bar Pie, or a swirl of Cereal Milk soft serve after a Broadway show, sightseeing, or a shopping day in Herald Square. From custom Build-A-Cake & Build-A-Cookie experiences & on-the-go treats to our disco-ball-festooned Classroom and R&D Lab, the fun never ends at the Flagship.
Live in New York City? Milk Bar offers same-day delivery through our local on-demand delivery partners (Uber Eats, Postmates, and Caviar) to bring you anything from the Milk Bar menu — from soft serve to a single slice of Birthday Cake — right when you want them.

Here, all your wildest flavor fantasies become a reality. Spend some QT with our bakers while they build your very own Milk Bar treat — from giant cookies to custom cakes and layered pints. Book your experience here, arrive a few minutes early, and get down to business 1x1 with your baker. Feel free to bring a friend, but no big groups, please!
