Milk Bar Bakery | Bon Apetit – June 1, 2012

Tasked with developing a drink to pair with the sweets at Momofuku Milk Bar, the folks at Belvedere went a step further and put pastry chef Christina Tosi’s famed Cereal Milk directly into the drink. The Corn Flake-enriched milk adds malty, toasted depth of flavor to The Dude’s favorite cocktail, and we think he’d abide. (read more)
