Strawberry Bell Corn Fudge

Milk Bar X Taco Bell = the collab we’ve been dreaming of. We teamed up with our friends at Taco Bell to create a treat that’s equally sweet and salty—filled with a decadent corn fudge that might just blow your mind. These nostalgic and bright strawberry corn truffles deliver on big salty sweet flavor thanks to the inner layer of corn fudge. And that decadent gem is exactly what we’re sharing with you, so you can make it any time!
For the Taco Bell collab, we put the corn fudge inside our strawberry vanilla cake truffles, but we’re going to share a secret with you: there are other tasty ways to enjoy it. We love this fudge drizzled on top of our strawberry ice cream, built into our layer cakes, or even solo by the spoonful ;) However you take it, this corn fudge might just be your new favorite topping.

Strawberry Bell Corn Fudge
Instructions
STEP 1
Heat heavy cream, sugars and glucose in a small pot.
STEP 2
Stir to combine, then continue heating until melted and scalding but hasn’t boiled over.
STEP 3
In a heat proof container, combine white chocolate, butter, corn powder and salt.
STEP 4
Pour hot, sugary cream mixture over the bowl of other ingredients. Let sit for 30 seconds.
STEP 5
Using an immersion blender or whisk, mix until smooth and glossy.
STEP 6
Transfer to a small container, cover surface of fudge with a small piece of plastic and cool completely in the fridge to thicken and set before using.
