cups vegetable oil

Yields

Makes 12-24 churros, depending on size or 4-8 funnel cakes, depending on size

For the Pumpkin Spice Sugar

STEP 1

Make the Pumpkin Spice Sugar: in a medium bowl toss together the sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.

STEP 2

In a heavy bottom, medium size pot, bring 4 cups of the oil to 350°F over medium heat. This will take about 10 minutes.
