Bake Club Popcorn Balls
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
In a large, heatsafe bowl, melt butter and marshmallows together in 30 second spurts until all the butter has melted and marshmallows puff and fluff, 2-3minutes. With a heat safe spatula stir mixture together deflating the marshmallows and coating them entirely in butter. Stir in light brown sugar until combined and dissolved. Stir in popcorn until well coated. Stir in any additional fun stuff for flair and flavor.
STEP 2
Lightly grease a baking sheet and place next to popcorn bowl. With clean hands, butter your hands, literally, and scoop a handful of popcorn madness out of the bowl, roll into a tight, smooth ball between your palms then transfer to the baking sheet. Repeat until all popcorn is scooped and rolled.
STEP 3
Let popcorn balls sit for 20 minutes to set completely. Crush, serve or package in cute little baggies and give away as gifts.
