This brownie recipe leaves the door open to use whatever chocolate players you have in the pantry—cocoa powder or chocolate chips. Brownies As You Wish

OPTION 1: chocolate and cocoa powder


Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8” baking pan.


Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave, working in 30 second spurts. Whisk in the sugar, then whisk in the eggs until few bumps remain.


Measure dry ingredients into the egg chocolate combination and switch to spatula, to stir slowly. Pour into greased pan.


Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F. The gooier the better, if you ask us.
