Bake Club: Cheddar Ranch Saltines
2 sleeves Saltine Crackers
1 ½ sticks (12 tablespoons) butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1oz pack ranch mix
1 pack cheddar cheese mix
+1 gallon ziploc bag
Heat oven to 300F and pull out a baking sheet (no need to grease).
Open the Saltine crackers and put them in a large ziploc bag. Pour in the melted butter, zip up the bag and toss to coat.
Add the sugar, ranch and cheddar mixes, zip the bag up anew and toss to coat again.
Spread the coated crackers on sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, until there is a slight caramelization and color on the edges of the crackers, but the zesty ranch herbs and orange, cheese goodness still stay bright. Cool before serving (I use the same ziploc bag to store my crackers after they cool!)
