Bake Club Smores Dip

Makes one 9” cast iron pan, serves 8-10 people

1 tablespoon butter

2 cups chocolate chips (I”ll take any kind or combo you got!, including candy bars!)

20 XL marshmallows, halved width-wise, or 4 cups mini marshmallows

Dippers: Graham crackers, ritz crackers, Bake Club Grahams, fruit slices, etc

Place rack of your oven at second highest position. Heat oven to 450F.

Rub 1 tablespoon butter around the bottom and 1-inch up the walls of the skillet.

Cover butter rub with a scattering of 2 cups chocolate. Place marshmallows on atop chocolate, doing your best to create an even layer of marshmallows and to ensure that no chocolate is exposed.

Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted to your preference- if you like them smoky, turn on the broiler for the last 60 seconds. Whatever you prefer, keep a close eye because it happens quick!

Feel free to campfire, bonfire or grill this baby to life if that fits your fantasy best

Remove from oven (I always wrap a towel around my handle to remind myself it’s HOT) and let sit for 5 minutes to cool a tad. Serve with Dippers of your choice.
