Bake Club CTC Pie Crust
Makes one 10” pie crust
4 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch
½ cup sugar
¼ cup milk powder
½ teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons butter, melted
Heat oven to 325F.
In a large bowl, crumble CTC into small pieces, but still have larger chunks throughout. Toss sugar, milk powder and salt into the CTC mixture. Stir in melted butter and toss until all ingredients are well combined.
Transfer mixture to a greased pie dish and using your palm, press mixture across the surface and up the sides of wall to evenly cover the dish’s entirety.
Bake at 325F for 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
