Bake Club Chipless Wonders

 

2 sticks butter, softened

¾ cup light brown sugar, packed

½ cup sugar

 

1ea egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

2 cups flour

2 tablespoons nonfat milk powder

1 ¼ teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon baking soda

 

Heat the oven to 350F and grease or line two baking sheets. In a bowl, mix together butter and sugars until smooth. Mix in the egg and vanilla until well combined.

Add all dry ingredients and mix until combined. Scoop ⅓ cup mounds of dough 3-4” apart on baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool cookies completely on the baking sheets.
