Bake Club Brownie Batter Mug Cakes
Makes 2 mugs
4 Tablespoons butter, melted together with
¼ cup chocolate chips
½ cup sugar
¾ tsp vanilla extract
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
+fun stuff if you please— I’m perpetually a fan of adding marshmallows to my brownie batter- goo on goo, babaaaay!
In a small bowl mix together melted butter and chocolate chips with sugar, egg and vanilla and stir to combine. Mix in flour, cocoa powder and salt and stir just until combined. Fold in any fun stuff you please. Divide batter evenly between two mugs. Microwave until the batter rises and puffs but is still gooey and glossy on top, 45-60 seconds.
