Bake Club Birthday Ice Cream Loaf

Makes one 8 x 4- inch loaf (or a shorty 9x5-inch)


2 cups (1 pint) softened (melted) ice cream, hello Milk Bar Birthday Cake

1 cup self-rising flour**

1 egg


3 tablespoons sprinkles or other fun stuff, optional


Preheat the oven to 350 F, grease loaf pan and set aside.


In a large bowl, stir the melty ice cream with the self-rising flour and egg. Do not overmix. Fold in the sprinkles or other fun stuff.


Pour the batter into the prepared bread loaf pan. Top with sprinkles, if you please.


Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick clean.


**If you don’t have self rising flour mix together 2 cups flour, 3 teaspoons of baking powder and ½ teaspoon of salt.
