Membership Terms and Conditions
Fees
Memberships are offered for 1 year (6 orders in total), and are charged in full up front. The cost of the membership includes shipping.
Discounts
Memberships are not eligible for discounts and promotions at this time.
Renewal
Memberships do not automatically renew at the end of your plan. Members will be presented with first-access to renew their subscription at the end of their subscription term before the general public.
Cancellation and Refunds
This membership is final sale, and cannot be refunded or returned. If you are unable to receive any month's shipments, you are able to transfer it to someone else, by emailing help@milkbarstore.com no later than the 5th of that respective month.
Delivery
This membership is only available online at milkbarstore.com and not in stores or for in-store pick up. We ship to the continental United States. Shipping speeds vary based on product shelf life, and delivery dates are set by Milk Bar. You will receive tracking information once your box ships, approximately 1-2 days prior to arrival. Milk Bar is not responsible for any delivery delays from the provider.
Products and Member Benefits
Products and content received as part of the membership are exclusively for members and are not for resale. Included in the membership is limited edition desserts from Milk Bar. There will be one product per box, and you will be notified of the product a few days before it ships. We are unable to make any modifications to the product of any kind.
