- Where can I purchase the Resy Cookie Box?
The Resy Cookie Box can be purchased exclusively through Milk Bar’s website at milkbarstore.com/resy or in-person at Milk Bar locations in NoMad (NYC), Los Angeles, and Washington D.C., while supplies last. At this time, we’re unable to deliver to PO boxes. If your recipient can only receive mail through a post office, please use the street address of the nearest location If your order is accidentally placed to ship to a PO box, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by delivery exceptions or non-delivery
- Are there any order limits?
Yes, a maximum of 10 Resy Cookie Boxes can be purchased per customer, subject to availability. Additionally, other Milk Bar products cannot be included in the same order as the Resy Cookie Box. A separate order must be placed for any other Milk Bar items.
- Can I order by phone, email, or text?
No, orders will only be accepted through the Milk Bar website or in-store.
- Is international shipping available?
No, orders can only be shipped within the United States.
Shipping is included in the price for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. However, if you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, an additional shipping fee will apply, calculated at the time of purchase.
- Can I choose or change my shipping date?
Shipping dates cannot be specified or changed. Orders placed by 12/12/24 will ship on or before 12/20/24. Orders placed after 12/13/24 will ship at Milk Bar's convenience, and specific shipping dates cannot be predetermined. If you are needing your order sooner than later or have a delivery address with unusual or inconsistent delivery hours, we do recommend Local Delivery through our flagship storefronts (https://milkbarstore.com/pages/locations)
A shipping confirmation email will be sent no later than the evening before your scheduled delivery date. All boxes purchased on or before 12/12/24 will be shipped on or before 12/20/24. Shipment of boxes purchased after 12/13/24 will be shipped at Milk Bar's convenience and cannot be predetermined.
- Can I use promo or discount codes?
No, Milk Bar promo and discount codes cannot be applied to the Resy Cookie Box. This is a limited-time offering, and promotional codes are not valid for this product.
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to allow customized gift notes for these orders.
- Do the cookies contain allergens?
Yes, the cookies are produced in a facility that also handles gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, sesame, tree nuts, and peanuts.
