our production team is looking for pastry cooks with a sense of urgency, excellent time management/multitasking skills, and positive vibes! the cook must have previous baker training including knowledge of proper baking procedures for all baked products and oven care and be able to maintain milk bar’s high production standards.

the commissary production manager oversees general production, special orders, and fulfillment. the individual is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency as well as direct management of the production team.

the foh store manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a designated milk bar storefront, and is responsible for supporting, managing, and developing all foh team members to exceed business goals.
