I took the Birthday Cake Class with mom in NYC and had a ton of fun. It's the perfect balance of activity and education PLUS you get to eat everything throughout the class (side note: I ate a lot of frosting).

Classes
For your Milk Bar class, just wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and we’ll provide the rest. Let us know if you have any severe food allergies, as we will be working with gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. If you require a Gluten-Free Birthday Cake*, they’re available for an additional $15 a person — just contact us 7 days ahead to make your substitution. Children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian through the entire class. You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days ahead of your class for a refund, less a small processing fee.

Experiences
Our Build-A-Cake and Build-A-Cookie experiences take about 30 minutes from top to bottom. It’s easy — we’ll do all the cooking and assembling for you, although we also have hands-on classes if you want to get in the kitchen — just be sure to share any allergies or dietary restrictions with your baker when you arrive. If you can’t make it, you can cancel online at least 24 hours before your booking for a full refund (no-shows and late cancelations are non-refundable). If you’re running late and we’ve moved on to the next appointment, you may have to wait a few minutes, but we’ll accommodate you as fast as we can.
*Please note: You can pre-book your experience up to 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings can be made via walk-in.
