On Saturday, 5/21/2022, we were informed of J.M. Smucker’s voluntary recall of their Jif® Peanut Butter products due to a potential salmonella contamination. After a thorough internal investigation and out of an abundance of caution, we voluntarily removed all Peanut Butter Soft Serve products (which includes the PB&J Sundae and Milkshakes) and Peanut Butter Lattes from all of our bakeries and partner stores, and deep cleaned and sanitized all of our equipment, product contact surfaces and utensils that came in contact with Jif® Peanut Butter before resuming store activities. Please note that this does not impact our Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Crush ice cream sold in grocery stores.
Your health and wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us, and we are happy to share that there have been no confirmed customer reports of adverse reactions. However, If you have our Peanut Butter Soft Serve or Peanut Butter Lattes stored at home, we strongly recommend that you discard the product immediately.
