Receive a $10 digital credit (the “Credit”) for each purchase transaction of $75 or more at milkbarstore.com, now through October 11th, 2020. The Credit is redeemable only on eligible future purchases at milkbarstore.com and will expire if not redeemed by 11:59PM EST December 31st, 2020.
You will receive a coupon code via email within approximately 24 hours of completing your qualifying purchase, which code must be entered during checkout in order to redeem the Credit. The Credit may not be applied against previous purchases and is not redeemable for cash.
The $75+ minimum purchase threshold includes shipping and sales tax but excludes: (a) amounts spent on purchases of gift cards; and (b) amounts spent on classes and experiences. The Credit is earned on the resulting cost of merchandise after all applicable discounts are first applied to the purchase price.
Credits are valid for one time use only, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers/discounts. The amount of discount to the purchase price resulting from the application of a Credit will be allocated equally across all items purchased in the transaction. The Credit is non-transferrable and not for resale. No portion of Credit will be refunded or credited back after redemption. If the amount of a purchase is less than the threshold to use the full value of a Credit, any unused balance of the Credit will be forfeited.
By participating in this promotional program (the “Program”), customer agrees to release and hold harmless MomoMilk, LLC d/b/a Milk Bar, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever which may occur in connection with the Program, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of Credits. Milk Bar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Program should any causes negatively impact the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Program.
