The members of this Funfetti generation (some call them millennials) are now adults. Some are pastry chefs, like Christina Tosi of Milk Bar in New York, the first baker to reinject rainbow sprinkles into the realm of cool. Her Birthday Cake, packed with sprinkles, was one of the nostalgic creations — along with Cereal Milk softserve and Candy Bar pie — that instantly put her on the map in 2008.
